- Created and presented a PowerPoint™ presentation on the benefits of a well-planned and well-executed internal communications plan for Siemens Electromechanical Components, Inc.
- Facilitated small focus groups for the Industrial Engineering & Management Press, to determine publishing priorities and topics of interests to industrial engineers.
- Facilitated a four-year theology study group, Education for Ministry, including discussion of reading assignments, conducting theological reflections and encouraging participants in their spiritual development.
- Created and presented a PowerPoint™ presentation on how to participate in and run effective meetings. Although the presentation is targeted to churches, it can be modified for any audience.
